With over 25 years of experience providing consulting services to the world’s top financial institutions, Tommy Marshall brings a deep understanding of the financial services industry and the digital transformation strategies and technologies that leading firms are employing. With extensive business and operations strategy development experience supporting payments, investment services, retail delivery, and multi-channel, as well as distributed blockchain technology experience in capital markets and payments, he supports CrossCountry’s management team with strategic perspectives on how to continue the firm’s growth in financial services and FinTech.
As an experienced FinTech leader, Tommy works to bring his depth in payments, banking, capital markets, finance and regulation together to improve and grow the global FinTech ecosystem. He was the founding Executive Director of the Georgia FinTech Academy – a part of the University System of Georgia – as well as the FinTech Executive in Residence at Georgia Tech’s Advanced Technology Development Center. Previously, he served as the North American FinTech Lead at Accenture and Partner at Capco.
Currently, Tommy is the co-founder of www.myfloc.com, a fintech focused on aging adults, their families, friends, and caregivers.
Tommy is a graduate of Davidson College and holds an MBA in Electronic Commerce, Marketing, and Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
