Roderick Carmody

Roderick is a leader within the Accounting Advisory Service Line where he supports Fortune 500 and emerging growth clients with strategic initiatives related to Financial Reporting, Operational Accounting, Accounting Policy, and Transactions.
Roderick began his career at Arthur Andersen as a member of the firm’s Audit Practice. He then transitioned to Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice where his main area of focus was Finance Process Improvement. In 2001, Roderick left Arthur Andersen to join Capital Advisory Services, LLC (“CapAdvisory”) with Erik Linn. After business school, Roderick returned to Washington, DC to help Erik Linn and Dave Kay start CrossCountry Consulting.
Roderick received his BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington & Lee University and his MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
